APU Assistant Team Leader
To assist the APU Team Leader to lead, supervise and support the APU team. To conduct detecting, patrolling and tracking activities in the field to ensure the safety of the wildlife, employees, guests and property of Sanbona Wildlife Reserve.

Demi-Chef
The Demi- Chef supports the Lodge and Kitchen Management teams to develop and provide authentic, innovative, and creative dishes to guests.

Housekeeping Attendant
The Housekeeping Attendant’s role is to ensure cleanliness of the Lodge, with a focus on guest rooms, public areas, food and beverage outlets, laundry and specified back of house areas.
