Childminder
The Childminder, coordinates activities and takes responsibility for assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the Eco Explorers Club. The Childminder responds to the requests that are presented by the Guests and Department Managers and ensures that guests always receive exceptional levels of personalised service.

Commis Chef
The Commis Chef works under the guidance of the experienced chefs to assist in the preparation and delivery of authentic, innovative, and creative dishes to guests. The Commis Chef actively develops and displays the level of competence, professionalism, and excellence that is always expected at the lodge.
