Kids Club Coordinator

The Kids Club Coordinator, coordinates activities of the Kids Club. The Kids Club Coordinator takes responsibility for assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the Kids Club.

Housekeeping Attendant

The Housekeeping Attendant’s role is to ensure cleanliness of the Lodge, with a focus on guest rooms, public areas, food and beverage outlets, laundry and specified back of house areas.

Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor role is to ensure to oversee the housekeeping team and to ensure cleanliness of the Lodge, with a main focus on guest rooms, public areas, food and beverage outlets, laundry and specified back of house areas.

Groundsman

The Groundsman is responsible for the daily operations of general Maintenance of gardens, cleaning, watering, separating recycling and pool maintenance.

Food & Beverage Server

The Service Staff provides professional Food and Beverage services to residents and guests ensuring the highest level of responsiveness, care and attention to individual needs and expectations.

Demi-Chef

The Demi-Chef assist executive chefs in developing and providing authentic, innovative, and creative dishes to guests.

Chef De Partie

The Chef De Partie supports the Lodge and Kitchen Management teams to develop and provide authentic, innovative, and creative dishes to guests.

Assistant Lodge Manager

The Assistant Lodge Manager assists the Lodge Manager to oversee, coordinate and direct the service, operations, logistics and activities of the Lodge, befitting Sanbona Wildlife Reserve. The position takes responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the Lodge as their primary operational responsibility.

Sous Chef

Working alongside Head Chef and Management to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking to ensure an excellent guest experience. To manage and run day to day operations (kitchen) in the absence of the Head Chef.

Senior Food & Beverage Server

The Senior Food and Beverage Server provides professional Food and Beverage services to residents and guests ensuring the highest level of responsiveness, care and attention to individual needs and expectations. The incumbent is also responsible to oversee and supervise other Food and Beverage servers.

Sculler

The Sculler’s role is to clean and where required, sanitise pots, pans, trays and cooking and baking equipment. This includes scrubbing, washing, rinsing, drying and storing of pots, pans, trays, and cooking and baking utensils.

Retreat Therapist

The Spa Therapist ensures for the smooth and efficient operation of the Spa administration and providing quality treatments as their primary operational responsibility, befitting Sanbona Wildlife Reserve.
