Groundsman

The Groundsman is responsible for the daily operations of general Maintenance of gardens, cleaning, watering, separating recycling and pool maintenance.

Housekeeping Attendant

The Housekeeping Attendant’s role is to ensure cleanliness of the Lodge, with a focus on guest rooms, public areas, food and beverage outlets, laundry and specified back of house areas.

Conservation Field Assistant

The Conservation Field Assistant helps the Senior Nature Conservator & Nature Conservator to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of any Conservation aspect, such as fencing, roads, building bomas, soil erosion control, burning, alien plant eradication, water systems and game capture on Sanbona Wildlife Reserve.

Chef De Partie

The Chef De Partie supports the Lodge and Kitchen Management teams to develop and provide authentic, innovative, and creative dishes to guests.

Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our senior sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and provide exceptional customer service. The role will be required to attend trade shows, host in-office trainings and sales calls, engage in contracting and distribute rates contracts. Maintenance of the database will be essential and maintaining and growing new relationships with identified trade and industry players.

Guest Relations Officer

The Guest Relations Officer takes responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the Welcome Lounge as their primary operational responsibility by performing all process and service tasks to the standard of a Luxury 5-Star Lodge.

Childminder

The Childminder, coordinates activities and takes responsibility for assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the Eco Explorers Club.

Lodge Senior Field Guide

To manage a team of rangers at a respective lodge to ensure the highest level of guest services. To maintain ethics and show sensitivity whilst in the bush at Sanbona Wildlife Reserve.

Specialist Field Guide

To be part of a team of guides at a respective lodge to ensure the highest level of guest services. To maintain ethics and show sensitivity whilst in the bush at Sanbona Wildlife Reserve. To share your specialist knowledge with colleagues and guests.

Conservation Administrator

This role is the support to the General Manager in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The Conservation Administrator is also responsible for supporting the Conservation Department with administrative work and to provide strong administrative support to the General Manager.

Childminder

The Childminder, coordinates activities and takes responsibility for assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the Eco Explorers Club.

Head Chef

The Head Chef is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the annual plans for Kitchen and Stewarding operations befitting Sanbona. This includes assisting with developing and proposing the supporting budgets, manning needs and CAPEX/OPEX requirements.

Laundry Attendant

To attend to cleaning and organising of all laundry items to ensure an optimal guest experience whilst ensuring a minimal impact on the environment.

Revenue and Reservations Manager

The Revenue & Reservations Manager assists the Sales & Marketing Manager by overseeing, coordinating, and directing the service, operations, logistics and activities of the Reservations Department to maximise Occupancy at the highest achievable rate.

Finance Project Administrator

The Finance Project Administrator is required to follow and maintain systems and processes which allow for accurate reconciliation of all relevant financial information.

Landscape Management Coordinator

The Landscape Management Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all day-to-day management activities for landscape management of Sanbona Wildlife Reserve.

Senior Housekeeping Attendant

The Senior Housekeeping Attendant role is to oversee the housekeeping team and to ensure cleanliness of the Lodge, with a main focus on guest rooms, public areas, food and beverage outlets, laundry and specified back of house areas.

Eco Educator

The Eco Educator coordinates activities of the Eco Explorers Club and provides a professional and interpretive conservation experience to guests ensuring the highest level of responsiveness, care and attention to individual needs and expectations.

Food & Beverage Attendant

The Service Staff provides professional Food and Beverage services to residents and guests ensuring the highest level of responsiveness, care and attention to individual needs and expectations.
